When you Can’t see Better days Ahead,

I’ll sit in the hard with you.

Hi, I’m Jenn.

Jenn, seated on a white couch surrounded by plants. She is a white woman with brown curly hair; she is wearing glasses and a green dress with white flowers. She is smiling and looking at the camera.

I’m so glad that you’re here.

If you’re struggling after a loss or a major life transition, it makes sense that nothing makes sense.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, confused, and like you don’t know where to turn, you are not alone.

What if you had a supportive and calming space where you could feel seen and understood, make sense of your experience, and begin to find your way forward in a way that feels right for you?

I’m a licensed therapist, a certified life coach, and a grief educator. Together we’ll honor your pain and help you find a soft place to land, one gentle step a time.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania, a Certified Grief Care Professional and Educator, and a Martha Beck Certified Life Coach. I’m also someone who believes unequivocally that you have the right to your pain and to live through your loss in ways that feel true to you.
