We’ve all been sitting with uncertainty for such a long time, and right now we sit with heaviness in our hearts and continued uncertainty before us.

I hope that you’re being gentle with yourself and finding ways to do what you can, and I hope that the podcast episode I’m sharing with you today may be of some help to you.

In this week’s episode of Unleash Your Soul Song, I’m joining fellow coaches Becki Fleischer and Vrin Rao to talk about how we’re each experiencing uncertainty, how we're holding space in our own lives and supporting our clients, and practices we can all use to find our way through when life feels unsteady and unsure.

One of the gems of this episode is that the three of us are experiencing uncertainty in such wildly different ways. We talk about uncertainty in our day-to-day lives, when facing an uncertain future without a loved one, and the uncertainty we feel when we’re stepping into something bigger in our lives. With three unique experiences and perspectives, there’s something in this episode for everyone.

This episode includes:

  • What to do when uncertainty comes from something that can’t be “fixed”

  • The role of emotions in uncertainty

  • How to use the container of the body to ground our energy and increase awareness

  • Practices we can call on when uncertainty has us feeling anxious or stuck

  • A special guided meditation - provided by Vrin, a meditation coach - to support you in navigating the waters of uncertainty and uncomfortable emotions.

No matter how you’re experiencing uncertainty right now, you’ll find something that resonates in this episode and some practices to help you through. You can listen on AppleSpotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts.

I hope that you’ll take a listen, and I hope that you’ll pass it along to a friend. Goodness knows, we could all use more support in navigating uncertainty right now.

I am wishing you peace.
